Overview

As an Account Manager at The Adaptavist Group, you will be the primary relationship owner of a group of customer accounts, focusing on retention and growth while providing insights to support multiple departments.

In Short

  • Develop yearly account plans for budgeting and KPIs.
  • Execute tactical actions to achieve account plan outcomes.
  • Prepare and deliver customer KPI reporting and analysis.
  • Conduct value-added business reviews for key account retention.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for account issues and escalations.
  • Maintain a healthy sales funnel within existing accounts.
  • Conduct needs discoveries to address customer challenges.
  • Build relationships with account influencers through social engagements.
  • Collaborate with customers to develop expansion strategies.
  • Engage internal resources to solve sales obstacles and customer challenges.

Requirements

  • Experience in a comparable account management role.
  • Skilled in building rapport and developing long-term relationships.
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and individually.
  • Proactive, persuasive, and energetic personality.
  • Strong communication skills with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Knowledgeable in ecosystems like Atlassian and GitLab.
  • Experience in a fast-paced tech environment.
