Overview

The Senior ERP Implementation Consultant plans and manages all aspects of Acumatica Cloud ERP implementations, acting as a key advisor and project resource.

In Short

• Provide ongoing support and consultation to partners and end-users on Acumatica projects.
• Offer best practice recommendations to optimize Acumatica processes.
• Conduct root cause analysis on system performance issues.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers and stakeholders.
• Assist with implementation discovery, project analysis, and scope creation.
• Align customer system processes with new product features.
• Support customers by tracking and resolving implementation issues.
• Document requirements and resolutions for customer issues.
• Develop and implement new service delivery strategies.
• Conduct product presentations and provide user training.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Basic accounting understanding and experience with Business Application Software.
• Strong presentation skills and ability to communicate professionally.
• 5+ years of ERP software implementation experience.
• Self-motivated with a proven track record in business software sales.
• Comfortable in a dynamic technical organization.
