In Short

  • Resolve customer issues via live chat, email, and Zoom.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve troubleshooting workflows.
  • Maintain internal knowledge base and help center articles.
  • Provide exceptional customer service under pressure.
  • Proactively improve processes and workflows.

Requirements

  • 2+ years experience in SaaS Customer Support.
  • Located in Eastern Time Zone.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools like Zendesk, Jira, and Hubspot.
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Empathy and a sense of urgency.
