Overview

We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Executive Assistant (EA) to support the CEO and leadership team in driving marketing campaigns, keeping operations streamlined, and ensuring projects move forward with clarity and speed.

In Short

  • Support execution of high-visibility marketing campaigns.
  • Organize and maintain company resources across Google Drive, Notion, and shared systems.
  • Draft responses and manage follow-ups for the CEO.
  • Assist in project management and track deliverables.
  • Manage finance-related workflows including tracking invoices and POs.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and logistics providers.
  • Prepare concise updates and reports for leadership.
  • Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to keep initiatives on track.
  • Identify inefficiencies and propose improvements.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace and project management tools.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in finance and operations is a plus.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Familiarity with marketing processes is advantageous.
