  • Maintain and update product catalogue information, including descriptions, specifications, pricing, images, and inventory data.
  • Capture and process ordering information accurately across internal systems and e-commerce platforms.
  • Support product uploads, categorisation, and quality assurance checks to ensure listings are complete and error-free.
  • Monitor stock levels and identify discrepancies, shortages, or data inconsistencies.
  • Assist with promotional updates, pricing adjustments, and seasonal catalogue changes.
  • Provide general administrative support related to e-commerce operations, reporting, and documentation.
  • Maintain organised digital records and ensure data integrity across all platforms.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure product, pricing, and order information remains accurate and up to date.
