Overview

The Associate Director of Institutional Giving (ADIG) is responsible for raising funds from foundation, corporate, and other institutional sources, playing a key role in meeting ACE’s revenue goals.

In Short

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of experience in non-profit fundraising.
  • Excellent writing skills for proposals and reports.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with Salesforce and other tech tools.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Understanding of 501(c)(3) and 501(c)(4) fundraising practices.
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing environments.
  • Commitment to equity and justice in philanthropy.
  • Passion for environmental advocacy and climate action.
