Associate Director of Mid-Level Giving - Remote

Overview

The Associate Director of Mid-Level Giving works closely with the Director of Mid-Level Giving to lead the program for members giving $1,000-4,999 annually, including solicitation planning and strategy, stewardship and data analysis.

In Short

• Manage staff, providing consistent oversight and mentorship.
• Manage three Mid-Level Giving Officers, ensuring adherence to best practices.
• Analyze Officers’ portfolio data to assist in achieving goals.
• Supervise Mid-Level Giving Manager for donor communications.
• Ensure frequent and accurate donor communications and outreach.
• Collaborate with major giving program to refine processes.
• Develop and implement analysis on financial trends and KPIs.
• Collaborate across the organization to strengthen efforts.
• Monitor public media giving trends and attend educational sessions.
• Other essential duties as required.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience as a people manager.
• Minimum of four years experience in fundraising/development.
• Proven track record of meeting revenue goals.
• Proficiency with MS Office and database management.
• Excellent writing and editing skills with attention to detail.
• Energetic, self-directed, and assertive individual.
• High-level communication and interpersonal skills.
