The Senior Director of Digital Marketing will work to advance ACE’s mission through the strategic deployment of large-scale and high-impact campaigns.

• Coordinate a variety of digital marketing efforts including content solutions and paid advertising.
• Manage robust digital marketing campaigns across diverse channels.
• Enhance in-list growth and employ retargeting techniques.
• Utilize platforms like Meta, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Lead a fast-paced digital marketing team.
• Ensure data optimization for advertising campaigns.
• Support campaign impact reporting and technical inquiries.
• Empower youth to take action on climate issues.

Requirements

• 8-10 years of experience in digital marketing.
• Expertise in advertising campaigns using various platforms.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Self-starter with strong organizational skills.
• Passion for climate action and youth empowerment.
• Strong copywriting and storytelling skills.
• Experience with Google Tag Manager and Facebook Pixel.
• SEO/SEM experience is a plus.
• Wordpress experience is a plus.

• Annual salary range: $105,000-115,000, commensurate with experience.
