Overview

In Short

• Work internally with staff and partners on quantitative and qualitative studies.
• Assist with research design, data collection, and analysis.
• Write reports and presentation materials based on research findings.
• Design data visualizations and infographics.
• Support communications efforts to gain media coverage.
• Stay updated on research developments and trends.
• Help establish ACE as a leader in climate advocacy.

Requirements

• Five or more years of experience in social science or messaging research.
• Bachelor’s degree in social science or related field.
• Knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research methods.
• Proficiency with statistical software like SPSS, SQL, or R.
• Expertise in data visualization design.
• Strong computer skills including Google Apps and Microsoft Suite.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.
• Understanding of climate change communication and social justice issues.
