Overview

This position involves providing emergency roadside assistance to members in a call center environment, ensuring superior customer service during stressful situations.

In Short

  • Respond to member/customer requests for emergency road service.
  • Provide basic information about Emergency Road Service benefits.
  • Communicate with contractors to relay member information.
  • Document service requests in the D2000 database.
  • Recognize and promote membership sales opportunities.
  • Exceed performance metrics through effective call handling.
  • Participate in full-time paid training.
  • Work remotely with occasional shifts required.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 6 months of customer service experience.
  • Ability to navigate various computer applications.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Preferred: College coursework in Business or related fields.
  • Experience in a call center environment is a plus.
  • Bilingual skills (Spanish and English) are a plus.
  • Ability to perform mathematical calculations.
  • Knowledge of North American geographical relationships.
