Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 6 months of customer service experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer skills and ability to navigate multiple applications.
• Ability to operate a PC and perform data entry accurately.
• Knowledge of North American geographical relationships.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
• Bilingual skills in Spanish and English are a plus.
• Must have high-speed internet access.
• Must be able to maintain applicable state licenses.
