Overview

As a Customer Service Representative at U-Haul, you will be the face of the company, assisting customers with their needs and ensuring a positive experience while managing equipment and rentals.

• Assist customers inside and outside U-Haul centers.
• Use smartphone technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Inspect and maintain equipment on the lot.
• Answer customer inquiries about products and services.
• Prepare rental invoices and accept returned equipment.
• Install hitches and trailer wiring.
• Drive a forklift (certification provided).

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift equipment weighing a minimum of 50 lbs.
• Willingness to work in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to use protective gear when necessary.
