The Full Time Remote Customer Service Representative will assist members with emergency road service requests, providing exceptional service and support in a call center environment.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 6 months of customer service experience.
  • Basic computer skills and ability to navigate multiple applications.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Bilingual skills (Spanish and English) preferred.
  • Ability to perform mathematical calculations.
  • Knowledge of North American geography.
  • Experience in a call center environment is a plus.
  • Must have required equipment for remote work.
