Paralegal - Corporate and Privacy - Remote

Overview

Acrisure is seeking a knowledgeable and diligent Paralegal to support our compliance and data privacy programs, working closely with our Legal and Compliance teams to ensure adherence to privacy laws and regulations.

In Short

• Assist in the development and management of the Company’s data privacy program.
• Monitor compliance with privacy laws such as GLBA and CCPA.
• Review and respond to U.S. data subject requests.
• Manage external service providers related to privacy programs.
• Develop and deliver training for internal stakeholders.
• Assist in compliance policy development and implementation.
• Support the Company’s global intellectual property portfolio.
• Conduct legal and regulatory research on compliance matters.
• Maintain and organize legal documentation.
• Work independently and with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• Strong organizational and analytical abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
• Proficiency in legal research databases and Microsoft Office Suite.
• 5-10 years of paralegal experience, preferably in compliance and data privacy.
• Bachelor’s degree and paralegal certification preferred.
• Familiarity with U.S. data privacy laws and regulations.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
• Work with extreme accuracy and attention to detail.
• Maintain a professional demeanor and positive attitude.
