• Lead the development and adoption of an innovative CMS product for mid-market and enterprise customers.
• Grow the adoption of Acquia’s CMS products by planning a roadmap featuring innovative, competitive features.
• Collaborate with design and engineering teams to develop requirements and deliver value.
• Serve as a bridge between business and technical stakeholders.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis.
• Monitor customer feedback and usage data for continuous improvement.
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact solutions.

Requirements

• 5-9 years in complex product management or equivalent experience.
• Proven success in defining, launching, and managing enterprise and/or open-source software.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Leadership skills to inspire and guide cross-functional teams.
• Deep empathy for users with a commitment to user-centric design.
• Experience collaborating with designers, engineers, and UX researchers.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
