Staff Product Manager - Remote

Overview

We’re looking for a Staff Product Manager to join our Capital team, a key program within Financial Services that has grown 3x in the past couple of years. You will work closely with the Data Science, Risk and Growth functions in building systems and models that are foundational to making capital eligibility decisions.

In Short

• Define and execute the product strategy for a key area of Capital’s three-year vision.
• Work closely with engineering, data science, risk, and growth to evolve capital eligibility decisions.
• Develop and maintain a product roadmap that aligns with business goals and strategy.
• Create detailed Product Requirements Documents for major initiatives.
• Represent Product within the squad and ensure efficient delivery.
• Collaborate with various teams to understand the implications of product decisions.
• Define, track, and analyze the impacts of product changes.

Requirements

• 8–10 years of experience in product management for complex, data-heavy platforms.
• Expertise in leading cross-functional teams and executing roadmaps in agile environments.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• A collaborative mindset with strong relationship-building skills.
• Deep knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• A data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Experience working across multiple squads and time zones.
• Strong strategic thinking aligning product vision with company objectives.
• Ability to mentor and coach other product managers.
