Senior Cloud IT Operations Associate - Remote

Overview

Acquco is seeking a Senior Cloud IT Operations Associate to administer its IT systems and resolve technical issues in a fully remote, global environment.

In Short

• Manage Cloud IT Operations and oversee all aspects of cloud SaaS and other IT systems.
• Manage the company IT spend, including budgeting and procurement.
• Develop and customize workflows/scripts of IT systems.
• Administer user accounts and IT security systems.
• Enforce policies to protect sensitive data.
• Respond to IT support requests and troubleshoot issues.
• Organize and manage company hardware assets.

Requirements

• 5+ years of IT experience, including 2 years in a supervisory role.
• 3+ years of experience in cloud security administration.
• A bachelor's degree in any information technology field.
• Ability to learn new digital tools quickly.
• Knowledge of IaaS platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP (preferred).
• Automation and scripting knowledge (preferred).
• Experience with Zendesk (preferred).
