Manager of Cloud IT Operations - Remote

Overview

The IT Team at Acquco is responsible for creating efficient systems, processes, and solutions to empower the organization to succeed. The Manager of Cloud IT Operations will administer IT systems and resolve technical issues in a fully remote, global environment.

In Short

• Oversee all aspects of cloud SaaS and other IT systems.
• Manage the company IT spend, including contract negotiations.
• Develop and customize workflows/scripts of IT systems.
• Administer user accounts and IT security systems.
• Enforce policies to protect sensitive data.
• Respond to IT support requests and troubleshoot issues.
• Organize and manage company hardware assets.
• Supervise and mentor a globally distributed IT team.

Requirements

• 5+ years of IT experience, including 2 years in a supervisory role.
• 3+ years of experience in cloud security administration.
• Bachelor's degree in any information technology field.
• Ability to learn new digital tools quickly.
• Knowledge of IaaS platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP (preferred).
• Automation and scripting knowledge (preferred).
• Experience with Zendesk (preferred).
