B&M Retail Operations Analyst - Remote

Overview

The Brick & Mortar Operations Analyst is a fully remote role that supports the day-to-day execution and growth of our retail business across brick-and-mortar channels. This role combines product and market analysis, pricing support, retail setup, replenishment, reporting, and cross-functional coordination to help drive successful launches and ongoing account performance.

In Short

• Develop product positioning and competitive messaging
• Research market trends, viral products, and new product opportunities
• Support go-to-market strategies for brick-and-mortar launches
• Build pricing strategies that balance margin and competitiveness
• Monitor market pricing, promotions, and price parity across channels
• Create pitch decks and retail sales materials for buyers
• Consolidate invoices and POs for retail accounts
• Prepare monthly analytics and reporting
• Communicate with design, buyers, brokers, vendors, and internal teams
• Handle ad hoc requests related to retail operations and support tools

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• 1+ years of experience in supply chain, retail operations, consumer products, or a related field
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
• Self-starter who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Passion for start-ups, e-commerce, and rapid growth
