In Short

  • Achieve revenue and growth targets at assigned customer portfolio.
  • Identify up- and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customer contacts.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Global Account Directors on business opportunities.
  • Manage an ongoing pipeline of revenue and activity for Account Managers portfolios.
  • Implement sales and account growth strategies for key accounts.
  • Forecast account sales and monitor account pipeline in Salesforce.
  • Visit clients on-site regularly to identify further account expansion opportunities.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales and account management.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to develop strategic account plans.
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams.
