In Short

• Seeking a Localization Team Leader to join our US Team, supporting our Enterprisal clients on the West Coast of US.
• Responsible for overseeing a team of project managers.
• Handle a client portfolio from the production perspective.
• Ensure customer expectations are met in terms of turnaround time, quality, and price.
• Provide day-to-day training, mentoring, and capacity management for the project management team.
• Oversee customer quotes, job setup, and scheduling.
• Participate in revenue forecasting for the portfolio.
• Collaborate with Resource Management and technical leads.
• Ensure linguistic material is consistently updated and delivered per client SLAs.
• Participate in quality audits and implement improvements.
