Loan Sales Representative - Remote

Overview

As a Loan Consultant on our Achieve Accelerated Loan team, you’ll help existing clients get approved for our loan, facilitating their debt resolution program and improving their credit.

In Short

• Contact current clients via phone and email to facilitate the loan application process.
• Deliver persuasive consultations on how the accelerated loan can assist clients.
• Collect required documents and manage the underwriting process.
• Use Salesforce to track and manage a pipeline of approximately 200 leads.
• Meet or exceed monthly schedule adherence and utilization requirements.

Requirements

• 2+ years of inside sales experience.
• Excellent time-management and organizational skills.
• Experience in uncovering consumer needs for solution-based services.
• Strong communication skills to influence clients.
• Computer proficiency with CRM experience.
• Drive to meet and exceed sales goals while working independently.
• Positive team player with a willingness to learn.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
