Overview

This position involves acquiring new customers in the field of international skilled worker placement for the DACH region through creative cold calling and digital outreach.

In Short

• Creative cold calling and digital outreach for customer acquisition
• Telephone marketing: contacting, needs assessment, and scheduling appointments for the sales team
• Market and competitor research to identify new target customers
• Maintain and document information in the CRM system
• Support and optimize sales processes
• Online marketing and lead generation, e.g., via LinkedIn

Requirements

• Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
• Initial experience in cold calling, telephone marketing, or customer research is an advantage
• Strong communication skills, persuasive and engaging on the phone
• Structured, independent, and goal-oriented working style
• Proficient in MS Office; interest in CRM systems
• Very good German and English skills
• Proactive, hands-on mentality and a team player
