Overview

As a Sales Representative for MCS Rental Software, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our presence across the DACH region, focusing on generating new business and nurturing long-term customer relationships.

  • Take ownership of the end-to-end sales process in the DACH region.
  • Build strong relationships with prospects and understand their operational challenges.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Implementation, Product, and Support teams.
  • Manage a rich sales pipeline and deliver value at every stage of the customer journey.
  • Represent the MCS brand across Germany.
  • Travel across Germany for client meetings and events.
  • Work with CRM systems, preferably HubSpot.
  • Experience in B2B software sales is essential.
  • Fluency in German and excellent English skills are required.

Requirements

  • Native or fluent German speaker with excellent English skills.
  • At least 2 years’ experience in B2B software sales.
  • Strong experience in cold calling and managing full sales cycles.
  • Understanding of general business processes and operational workflows.
  • Data-driven and comfortable managing sales pipelines.
  • Confident in delivering product demonstrations.
  • Willingness to travel across Germany.
  • Experience using CRM systems (HubSpot preferred).
