As an Inside Sales Representative- Loan Consultant II on our Achieve Personal Loan team, you’ll impact the lives of everyday people and help them go from surviving to thriving with innovative digital personal finance solutions.

In Short

• Contact borrowers via phone and email to facilitate the loan application process.
• Utilize strong communication and critical thinking skills to engage borrowers.
• Manage a sales pipeline of up to 20 transactions.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.
• Hybrid work options available in the Dallas, TX market.
• Total compensation includes base pay plus uncapped commissions.
• Start date is April 21, 2025.
• Available shifts include working at least one weekend day.
• 8-hour shifts between 6:00am-8:00pm PST.
• 3+ years of experience as an inside sales representative preferred.

Requirements

• 3+ years of recent experience in a fast-paced call center.
• Experience in a commission-driven environment.
• Strong computer and organizational skills.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
