• Receive and contact warm leads daily through an outbound auto-dialer.
• Utilize a consultative selling approach to educate potential members on debt resolution programs.
• Complete applications and collaborate with underwriting teams for smooth enrollment.
• Meet and exceed sales goals and performance metrics.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Start date is June 30th, 2025.
• Shifts available Tuesday-Saturday or Sunday-Thursday.
• Work hours are 8:00am-8:00pm CST.
• Total compensation includes base salary plus uncapped commissions.

Requirements

• 1+ years of successful call center sales experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with outbound calls to warm leads.
• Strong understanding of consultative sales process.
• Ability to help members with empathy and efficiency.
