As an Inside Sales Representative at Achieve, you will help everyday people navigate their financial journeys by providing innovative digital personal finance solutions, including debt resolution and personal loans.

• Full-time shifts available Tuesday-Saturday or Sunday-Thursday.
• Base salary with uncapped commission potential.

Requirements

• 1+ years of successful call center sales experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with outbound calls to warm leads.
• Strong understanding of consultative sales processes.
• Ability to work empathetically and efficiently.
• Competitiveness and drive to achieve sales goals.
• Effective time and lead management skills.
