Overview

The Senior Manager, Estimating & Quality Operations is responsible for overseeing the management of Reconstruction Estimation and Quality Assurance teams, ensuring compliance with procedures and achieving business goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
  • 7+ years in the property insurance and restoration industry.
  • 5+ years of management experience with high performing teams.
  • Knowledge of Xactimate/Xactanalysis/Symbility/Cotality/Salesforce desired.
  • Problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Reliable internet connection for remote work.
  • Ability to travel up to 15%.
