Overview

The Managed Repair Analyst III is responsible for providing excellent customer service and file auditing services to ensure contractor estimating procedures are in accordance with approved industry standards and local pricing guidelines.

In Short

• Manage reconstruction portion of claims loss for insurance carriers.
• Evaluate reconstruction needs and discuss processes with insured clients.
• Review loss and coverage information to determine policy limits.
• Audit invoices for appropriate scope and negotiate prices.
• Communicate with contractors and clients throughout the process.
• Provide prompt and efficient responses to customer inquiries.
• Maintain professional relationships with clients and contractors.
• Participate in training and meetings to maximize performance.
• Suggest process improvements as applicable.
• Meet or exceed productivity and quality metrics.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in the insurance industry.
• Experience with Xactimate and performing QA work.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
• Previous experience mentoring peers.
• Expertise in auditing estimates and invoices.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Reliable high-speed internet connection required for remote work.
• Attention to detail and ability to utilize technology effectively.
