Talent Acquisition Specialist - Remote

Overview

The Talent Acquisition Specialist’s primary objective is to support the planning, implementation and maintenance of talent acquisition.

In Short

• Assist in the implementation of programs that aim to attract, measure, develop and manage Accuity’s talent pool
• Support the Talent Acquisition team on all open positions
• Assist in the management of respective candidate pools
• Work with department leadership and marketing team to improve employee brand
• Familiarize candidates on corporate benefit programs
• Review and screen resumes received as applications
• Set up and prepare candidates for interviews
• Build long-term relationships with past and potential candidates
• Cross train to back up recruiters and HR on-boarding team
• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

Requirements

• High School Diploma required
• Minimum of 1 year recruiting experience
• Must be outgoing and self-motivated
• Strong time-management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to use a PC in a Windows environment
• Independent, focused individual able to work remotely
