Overview

The Clinical Content Manager assists with the development of education/training materials and conducts training for clinicians, nurses, and coders. This role involves creating and maintaining training materials, as well as facilitating continuing education and regulatory updates.

In Short

• Develops education and training materials for healthcare professionals.
• Coordinates training for new hires and external clients.

• Maintains continuing education credit logs.
• Collects and presents education-related data at client meetings.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree required; advanced degrees preferred.
• Advanced Practice Provider Certification required for non-physician applicants.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements for medical documentation.
• Strong education/training skills and creativity.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and presentation skills.
• Proven skills in Microsoft Suite applications.
• Minimum of 3 years of clinical care experience.
• Experience in healthcare education and electronic health records.
