Overview

The Director of Sales, Distribution, and Loyalty Strategy and Governance will support and drive transversal projects within the Sales, Distribution & Loyalty Hotel Care department, ensuring effective communication and collaboration across global teams.

In Short

  • Support or drive Sales, Distribution & Loyalty Hotel Care projects.
  • Analyze OKRs, KPIs, and quality scores.
  • Generate monthly reporting and follow up on action plans.
  • Communicate new SDL processes to Hotel Care agents.
  • Assist agents in increasing competence and autonomy.
  • Identify recurrent incidents and improve processes.
  • Collaborate with Commercial, Digital & Tech colleagues.
  • Follow up on technical challenges encountered by the team.
  • Promote a positive change in the organization.
  • Manage relationships with a variety of stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of management experience.
  • Fluency in English and French.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Dynamic, proactive, and autonomous mindset.
  • Advanced relationship management skills.
  • Excellent use of PowerPoint.
  • Experience with Service Now is a plus.
  • International and operational experience is a plus.
  • Passionate about driving positive change.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
