Overview

The Dayforce Application Support & Training Analyst will be accountable for analysis, configuration, validation, issue resolution, and training of our global HCM software platform, Dayforce by Ceridian. A successful candidate will have the ability to build strong relationships across all levels while demonstrating superior customer service across Accor's NCA hotels.

In Short

  • Assist with configuration enhancements or issues related to scheduling, timekeeping, and payroll.
  • Liaise with stakeholders and support staff to ensure optimal system performance.
  • Track change requests and evaluate system configuration needs.
  • Develop training resources and maintain documentation.
  • Conduct regular audits for compliance with laws and policies.
  • Support application upgrades and cross-functional projects.
  • Travel approximately 10% for the role.
  • Hybrid work arrangement available for Greater Toronto Area candidates.
  • Hands-on experience with Dayforce environments required.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills necessary.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years’ experience with Dayforce backend configuration.
  • Spoken/Written French is highly desirable.
  • Background in payroll processing is an asset.
  • Experience using MS Excel, Teams, and SharePoint.
  • Exceptional time management and project management skills.
  • Ability to simplify technical information for non-technical audiences.
  • Experience developing training guides and delivering workshops.
  • Excellent communication skills across various media.
