ESG Data and Functional Analyst - Remote

Overview

The ESG Data and Functional Analyst will lead projects related to the consolidation and exposure of non-financial data linked to Gaia 2.0 within Accor, aiming to strengthen the Group's sustainable performance.

In Short

• Define ambitions and structure of ESG data governance related to GAIA 2.0.
• Lead action plan for ESG data quality and formalize specifications.
• Map and master data journey within Accor’s ecosystem.
• Coordinate with IT for prioritization and integration of solutions.
• Contribute to integration of new data providers with GAIA 2.0.
• Ensure accessibility and exposure of ESG data linked to GAIA 2.0.
• Identify and recommend innovative technological solutions.

Requirements

• Master’s degree from an engineering or business school.
• 2 to 3 years of experience in IT or information systems related to ESG data.
• Strong experience in managing complex international projects.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and adaptability to Accor’s culture.
• Interest in managing complex data for decision-making.
• Understanding of sustainability issues and non-financial data.
