Functional Analyst - Remote

Overview

PingWind is seeking a qualified Functional Analyst to support the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) in delivering integrated strategic, technical, engineering, and programmatic support.

In Short

• Perform technical support services including assessments and quality assurance.
• Support the Target State Architecture and Migration Plan for VA systems.
• Conduct research and analyze data to identify trends.
• Make recommendations for program and system improvements.
• Identify and resolve issues effectively.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients.
• Deliver contract deliverables in line with the PWS.
• Maintain availability during core working hours for collaboration.
• U.S. Citizenship required with background investigation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 1+ years of relevant experience.
• Expert communication and client management skills.
• Self-motivated and detail-oriented.
• Ability to adapt to different customer expectations.
• Strong collaboration skills.
• Outcome-oriented with data-driven results.
• Experience in VA or government organizations preferred.
