Functional Analyst - Remote

Overview

The Functional Analyst - Stores is responsible for engaging with stakeholder groups to design robust business solutions and support the Stores teams.

In Short

• Work closely with the Project team for smooth transition of Stores solution to Operations.
• Provide continuous improvement and deliver upgrades/projects across the stores application landscape.
• Engage with stakeholder groups to understand business needs and translate them into solutions.
• Develop, review and govern functional specifications for system enhancements.
• Assist with system testing, training, and user acceptance testing.
• Work with external vendors for effective solutions.
• Maintain compliance to audit and application security.
• Assist with governance and release of system changes to production.

Requirements

• Expert experience in Retail Store applications.
• Ability to interpret business needs and develop technical solutions.
• Migration and troubleshooting experience.
• 2-5 years IT BA experience.
• Experience with regression testing.
