Overview

HICX is a leading worldwide provider of enterprise SaaS solutions for digital supplier management. We are looking for a Functional Analyst to join our fast-growing Implementation Team, responsible for overseeing the custom design, configuration, and delivery of HICX software to our customers.

In Short

• Serve as a subject matter expert on our platform.
• Provide solutions to configure, customize and integrate with our products.
• Implement configuration and execute testing, supporting the customer during User Acceptance Testing.
• Demonstrate excellent customer facing skills.
• Lead teams during the implementation process.
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices.
• Provide post-sales support for technical questions.
• Provide overall leadership for the solution scope of customer projects.
• Identify technical challenges and provide recommendations for improvement.

Requirements

• Experience in SaaS and supplier management.
• Strong SQL skills.
• Excellent communication and customer-facing skills.
• Ability to lead teams and manage projects.
• Knowledge of business processes and technical capabilities.
• Experience with User Acceptance Testing.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Familiarity with industry trends.
