Overview

The Travel Assistance Coordinator is responsible for delivering specialized medical assistance to customers facing life-threatening situations, providing guidance and emergency medical travel services.

In Short

• Serve as the first point of contact for policyholders experiencing accidents abroad.
• Understand customer situations and desired outcomes.
• Communicate with customers and other parties such as medical professionals and airline companies.
• Monitor patient status and arrange emergency medical treatment or evacuation.
• Ensure compliance with internal regulations regarding patient data confidentiality.
• Review policy details and approve expenses for assistance cases.
• Meet customer expectations with high quality and professionalism.
• Foster cooperation among team members.
• Support customers with pre-travel information.

Requirements

• Excellent knowledge of French and English.
• Willingness to work shifts (2 days on, 2 days off).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to organize and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Good problem-solving skills.
• Teamwork capabilities.
• General computer literacy (MS Office).
• Customer service experience is a plus.
