The Care Coordinator plays a vital role in managing complex patient care by facilitating communication and organization among healthcare teams and patients.

  • Full-time remote position with a preference for candidates in CST or MST.

  • Assist in coordinating patient appointments and referrals.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • 2+ years of experience in a professional office environment preferred.
  • Experience with Electronic Medical Records systems is a plus.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills over the phone.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Preferred: 1-3 years of clinical medical office experience.
  • Experience in patient care coordination.
  • Knowledge of insurance navigation.
  • Experience in a medical office environment.
