Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Medical Assistant Certification preferred.
  • At least one year of experience in a medical office or three years in customer service.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Familiarity with medical insurance is preferred.
  • Computer skills required; working knowledge of Google Suite.
  • Typing speed of 30+ words per minute.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Empathetic and patient-focused attitude.
  • Ability to handle high volumes of patients.
