Requirements

• State-licensed and board-certified physician (MD/DO) in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• Primary care procedural skills including skin biopsies and joint injections.
• Passion for relationship-driven, human-centered primary care.
• Commitment to lifelong learning and evidence-based medicine.
• Ability to connect with patients from diverse backgrounds.
• Desire to contribute to innovative healthcare delivery models.
• Strong leadership and team collaboration skills.
