Requirements

• Medical Doctor (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathy (D.O.) required.
• Board Certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
• Active, unrestricted State License and DEA license.
• US work authorization required.
• Fellowship training in Geriatrics preferred.
• Experience with Geriatric populations is a plus.
• Experience in Value-Based Healthcare Model preferred.
• Collaborative experience for positive health outcomes.
• Experience in outpatient primary care settings preferred.
• Bilingual proficiency where applicable.
