Requirements

• Medical Doctor (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathy (D.O.)
• Graduate in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
• Board Certification (or board eligible).
• Active, unrestricted State License.
• Active DEA license.
• US work authorization.
• Preferred: Fellowship training in Geriatrics.
• Experience with Geriatric populations.
• Experience in Value-Based Healthcare Model.
• Bilingual proficiency where applicable.
