Overview

As the Manager of our Sales Development team, you will lead a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs), responsible for generating qualified leads for our sales team. Your role will involve developing and executing effective outreach strategies, coaching and mentoring team members, and collaborating with marketing and sales leadership to optimize pipeline creation.

In Short

  • Performance Management: Conduct regular 1:1 meetings to provide coaching, performance feedback, and support for career development.
  • Strategy Development: Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to design and implement outbound prospecting strategies that align with company goals.
  • Process Optimization: Continuously assess and refine lead generation and qualification processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Data Analysis: Utilize analytics to monitor team performance, identify trends, and inform strategic decisions.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and sales leadership to ensure alignment in messaging, processes, and strategy.
  • Protect the security and privacy of Absolute and its customers.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience managing a high-performing SDR team in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Proven track record of consistently driving quota in an outbound sales environment.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a passion for coaching and developing talent.
  • Proficiency with sales and prospecting tools (e.g., Outreach, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to leverage data to drive decision-making.
  • Experience with building reports and dashboards in SFDC.
