Country Manager, Japan - Remote

Overview

Absolute Security is currently looking for a result driven, self-motivated Country Manager for our Japan region. This is a critical management position to execute the company sales plan and help drive success across Japan. The Country Manager manages a team of 5, comprising of an Account Executive, Sales Engineer, Channel Account Manager, Marketing Manager, & Global Support.

In Short

• Drive New ARR business and implement the company sales plan.
• Act as a management partner, understanding business strategies and supporting activities.
• Drive customer satisfaction through understanding prospects' requirements.
• Play a leadership role representing the Japan business across departments.
• Manage weekly meetings to share experiences and discuss issues.
• Conduct quarterly business reviews with the CRO to bridge communication gaps.
• Champion the usage of CRM tools like Salesforce.com.
• Protect the security and privacy of Absolute and its customers.

Requirements

• A College/University Degree.
• 100% Bilingual in both English & Japanese.
• 5-10 years of successful sales management experience.
• 15-20 years of experience in Cyber Security and IT.
• Enterprise sales experience with US based companies.
• Ability to negotiate long-term license agreements.
• Experience using Microsoft Office & Salesforce.com.
• Highly organized with a strong desire to win.
• Strong communication skills at all organizational levels.
• Ability to see the big picture and achieve goals through others.
