Overview

The Manager, Customer Success at Absolute is responsible for leading a team of Customer Success Managers to drive customer loyalty and business value. This role involves mentoring, analyzing customer data, and implementing strategies for product success.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Customer Success management.
  • Strong aptitude for technology.
  • Experience with Salesforce and Gainsight.
  • Ability to analyze customer feedback and data.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Experience in cybersecurity is a plus.
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple activities.
  • Proven leadership and mentoring skills.
  • Ability to drive projects to completion.
  • Experience in building Customer Success programs.
