Head of Risk, Governance and Control - Remote

Overview

This role is responsible for leading the development of the Group's Enterprise Risk Management Framework and ensuring that the governance and control measures are aligned with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• BCom Hons, CA (SA), MBA or equivalent qualification.
• 10+ years of experience in the Banking sector.
• Experience managing a large Control or Operations environment.
• 5+ years in a senior management role.
• Strong communication and networking skills.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Proven leadership and people management skills.
• Knowledge of risk and governance processes.
• Experience in multinational environments.
• Understanding of corporate and investment banking products.
