In Short

  • Develop and execute territory plans to meet and exceed sales quotas.
  • Manage sales pipeline and balance prospecting with closing inbound leads.
  • Track activities and pipeline information in Salesforce.
  • Coordinate resources throughout the sales cycle.
  • Become a subject matter expert on regulatory and risk matters.
  • Travel for customer and event engagements up to 25% as required.
  • Prospect and identify new sales opportunities.
  • Manage concurrent sales opportunities from start to finish.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of sales experience, especially in software sales or FinTech.
  • Track record of over-achieving sales goals and metrics.
  • Strong work ethic and entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Team-oriented approach and receptive to feedback.
  • Strong business acumen and defined sales methodology.
