  • Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Familiarity with email security products.
  • Technical troubleshooting experience.
  • Experience with case management and CRM systems.
  • Bachelor's degree in relevant fields or equivalent experience.
