Overview

The Enterprise Architect is responsible for guiding the architecture of Customer Facing systems, ensuring best practices are followed and supporting the digital business growth.

In Short

• Establish North Star Vision of technology landscape.
• Collaborate with Project Portfolio Management and business stakeholders.
• Oversee Solutions Design/Architects in eCommerce and Customer Facing technology.
• Develop and mentor application architects.
• Create a roadmap for modernization needs.
• Document architectural standards and design patterns.
• Perform market assessments on new technology tools.
• Support Application Rationalization efforts.
• Lead technical user groups and committees.
• Continually grow skills and knowledge.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field and 18+ years of experience.
• Deep architect/engineering experience with web and app front end.
• Experience architecting large scale eCommerce and Microservices.
• Knowledge of technologies like React, JavaScript, and cloud hosted architectures.
• Strong integration mindset and experience with API first patterns.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and analytical abilities.
• Comfort with architecture modeling and roadmapping.
• Proactive solution orientation and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Customer Data Platforms is a plus.
• Self-starter and team-oriented with a strong work ethic.
